Proofhub is a great tool

Pros
Proofhub is a great tool in terms of user friendly, functional, easy, efficient and affordable. From the time we signed up for the software to this, we realized how mismanaged we were, without it. From the first step of planning to keeping everything organized and finally delivering it in the end, Proofhub helps us in and every step. It is super easy to use, so we don't have to make our team learn it specially. They just do it themselves, by watching the tutorials and simply using it. With everything displayed right in front of you, there is no hide and seek that goes on between you and the tool. A few mouse clicks and you are good to get everything done easily.
Cons
There can be a better management of files in the files section, probably in the form of folders.
Summary
Proofhub is surely way better than the others in the same category. In terms of features, there is everything you need and it is super easy to use as well. Just the few features mentioned are the ones we as an organization would want to see, rest it is the best online project management and collaboration tool, that we have ever used.

Pros
It has remarkably improved communication and collaboration among our team members. It has simple interface and users do not face any difficulty in using it. No training sessions needed for its use. The progress over tasks and the progress over projects can be accurately gauged.
Cons
It does not provide any specific resource management feature.
Summary
It has great layout with easy access to projects, tasks and members. It has remarkably improved communication and collaboration among our team members most of whom are based in different locations around the world. We are thoroughly enjoying our work with it and getting the quality results.
"Proofhub" - A Good Choice for Project Management

Pros
Very simple and user friendly interface. Lots of features are available to handle projects like to-do's, milestone, file sharing, Google docs instant chat messaging. They also provide some unique feature which i like the most and they include inbuilt file proofing tool and casper mode- to hide our contacts from our clients. So i must say, overall proofhub is an awesome tool for project management.
Cons
They do not provide intranet version of proofhub.
Summary
According to me this is a complete package to manage your projects. I strongly recommend the project management customer class to atleast give a try to trial version and i guarantee you will definitely purchase the advanced version.
