PromaSoft AutoResponder is an e-mail automation tool dealing with incoming and outgoing e-mail. Compare it with a secretary taking care of all the tedious and time-consuming tasks that you are faced with in day-to-day e-mail. It's an Internet e-mail business tool that will automatically process incoming mail on your POP accounts. Based on several parameters the user specifies, PromaSoft AutoResponder will send personalized autoresponses and perform other actions such as data extraction into contact databases. PromaSoft AutoResponder allows you to perform totally automated and personalized follow-up mailings. Support for user scripts and plug-ins further increases the potential of the application. Other features include automated MSN Messenger messages, dynamic e-mail content, WYSIWYG HTML editor, an advanced scheduler, Web form handling, dial-up support, attachments, and forwarding.

I love this autoresponder. I admit it is a steep learning curve. It took me an hour to learn the application. Just like any advanced technical software, you have to take the time to learn it. Once you get it up and running, and realize its power, you will appreciate it. It is definitely not for the novice, not unless you want to go PRO. It handles my 10,000 member newsletter with ease. I can write 12 months worth and schedule it to automatically send it out on specific dates. I also have several different accounts with several different scheduled autoresponders. I have the professional license which allows you to run unlimited instances on your computer if you wish to split up your campaigns.<p>The 2 biggest benefits is there is no monthly fees and you can create both a database and text file of your lists so you transport it to other applications. <p>As you can see, I can not stop talking about it!

when people download a free trial obviously dont' use the help feture and then blame the program. and leave comments like: "useless" could not get it to work properly. confusing interface. very steep learning curve. not worth the hassle. OK I'm an IT Guy and it does take a bit of time to learn it (About an hour for me) and thats it! At the end of the day this isn't a basic mail program it's a serious piece of kit for business's not, not mister "I've got 2 AOL accounts therefore I must be God!" I've just bought the full software for this and don't regret it for a second!! A the end of the day if it's not working then RTFM!!!

We have been using PSAR for over two years to run every aspect of our email management and PromaSoft AutoResponder has NEVER let us down. ROCK-SOLID, PROFESSIONAL and gets the job done in style. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Download is 17 mb and WELL worth the wait. It has hundreds and hundreds of options and features. This autoresponder can deal with any size company.. and at ease may we add! The Manual has over 300 pages too. NO OTHER AUTORESPONDER has EVER reached this level of professionalism.
