Widget accesses Progenetix molecular-cytogenetic database.

This is a Dashboard widget to access the Progenetix molecular-cytogenetic online database (www.progenetix.net), the largest collection of genomic aberration data in human malignancies analyzed by Comparative Genomic Hybridization. Input: a chromosomal band, e.g. containing a suspected oncogene; output: a sorted list of tumor entities with a high frequency of chromosomal imbalances in this region.
