• Fantastic equalizer

  This is a really sweet mixer/equalizer. Nice interface, easy to use levers for controls, and it does a great job of making my computer speakers and external speakers sound like a big system. I've used this for several years now, and like it more than anything else I've seen. Customer support is fast and helpful. If you need an equalizer, this is the one.

  Nothing at all.

• Great Little Lite Weight Sound Utility

  I purchased this because the HP sound system that was built into my desktop even with that Dr Dre business just flat out didn't work on a HDMI set up. I run my sound system through my flat screen then back out to my Bose sound system and this utility was just the ticket. I'm able to tweak sounds according to what ever it is I'm listening to be it a game or move or Pandora. It really boosted the full range of sounds. Don't understand why some people have said it sounds tinny or what ever because you can adjust all that. It to me is like having a pre-amp when you allow it to be your default device in Windows sound settings and set the HDMI to default communication device. Works very well and highly recommend for those of us on a budget that want an extra umph that you'll be able to set and save various settings to fit your listening needs.

  If you are not satisfied with your sound,I found the creative usb sound card for about 40bucks the best solution.I do not work for the company,I just want people to know what works.Good luck.

• Another sloppy audio enahancer

  None really. Maybe it uninstalls cleanly and doesnt seem to have spyware.

  Cons

  Many problems become evident straight away 1. Can't seem to get it to make sound to an external soundcard (Behringer UC202) - but always sends it to the jacks on the back of my PC. Even after carefully running through the help. 2. When running through the PC jacks, the audio is filled with cracks and pops. DFX Audio enhancer also suffers like this, but to a much lesser degree. 3. Sound 'enhancement' sounds like a band playing in a cave. Don't know what on earth ProfoundSound is thinking.

  I guess you've got nothing to lose by trying it...

  1. Sweet effects! - I love how the virtual bass and spatialization effects enhance my music! 2. Great value! - If I wanted this kind of quality out of my laptop I would have to get external speakers. For $5 I get that same quality with my LAPTOP SPEAKERS!! 3. Fun and easy to use interface! - If you want a customized listening experience on you laptop then download this software now.
