  Pros

  Does transfer the resulting file to the Kindle as advertised.

  Cons

  I tested on a single 400 page ebook in HTML format. It took 30+ minutes - each page was converted to a jpg and then combined into a single pdf (207 Mb in size). Created file was PrintToKindle.pdf - should use the name of the original document.

  Summary

  This is a _huge_ amount of time just to give a pdf, and a huge one at that. The font is still too small to see well, so there is no improvement. To be honest, the idea is very good, but the end result should be a mobi file, not a pdf. And it should never take more than a few minutes to convert a single file. Don't waste your time at this stage in the development of this product.
