It is the program where I was looking long time for.

Pros
I'm printing big files (newspapers) text and pictures most PDF or Flash to Multiple Printers.
Cons
It is working but the spooling to the printer is very slow compare to without this program which makes it useless for me.
Summary
I solved it already. I used print to ip address, changed to print to printer.
