When I was looking for an efficient software for getting my PDF files printed, this Print to PDF app offered by Free PDF Solutions has come as a boon. I find the app very easy to use. It is intuitive also. I am happy it does a quality job.

Sole purpose of executing the installer: if you're trying to test your antivirus.

Upon executing the installer, it downloads and installs shareit, sweetpage and opera (by accepting) and the antivirus detected the following infected files: C:\ProgramData\Driptax\Konphase.reg C:\PROGRAMDATA\DRIPTAX\DRIPTAX.EXE C:\Windows\SysWOW64\sc.exe C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe C:\PROGRAMDATA\DRIPTAX\DANFLEX.EXE C:\Windows\SysWOW64\taskkill.exe C:\Windows\System32\conhost.exe C:\ProgramData\Driptax\Yeartip.dll C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Tanrancof\uninstall.exe C:\PROGRAMDATA\DRIPTAX\DANFLEX.EXE C:\Windows\regedit.exe The program itself is composed of 3 executables that keep running in the background and do not attempt even to create a printer in the system (or show any kind of interaction with the user).

It's ridiculous that download.com allows these kind of installers purely to infect people's computers to be published. My trust is broken: from now on I'll verify the owner's website and do a direct download from the official source, avoiding download.com at all costs.

I suspect some of the 5 star reviews on here are totally bogus as the wording seems very similar. Each one seems to be looking for "qaulity" pdfs.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Aug 21, 2015<p/>Caution with 5 star reviews. The wording is very similar. Look out for wording that appears in all their reviews such as, "intuitive ". Program just doesn´t work so i´m surprised that CNET even allows it based on that.

Once installed, I expected the Save to PDF option to pop up in my list of printers automatically but it did not and there is no documentation online or with the download that explains how to use it after it has been installed.
