This product is obsolete and Customer Support is dead

Pros
It used to work more or less before the update of the Skype API on december 2013.
Cons
Does not work at all with the new Skype API and the customer support does not answer and question about when they will issue an update. After one year of wait, it seems clear that they will not release any update and your investment in their product is lost.

Works great when it works.
Cons
Lost calls for no reason. It shows as connected with Skype, and that the calls are recording, but when I tried to access the calls the MP3 did not exist. This came out of the blue after numerous successful recordings.

I'd find something better.

Does record and works if you save it to your desktop right after recording.
Cons
Had it lose 5 hours worth of important messages. I closed it down and all messages were erased.

I am looking for some software which can record interview via Skype,first i use freecord,but it's hard to work for me,unreliable,so i port to this stuff,anyway so far it work flawless for me.keep great work...
