Program didn't work; seller refused to send refund

Program did not work. Recorded only static.
Summary
Demo of program worked on one computer. Once I sent them my 19.99 for the full version, and downloaded it to another computer it no longer worked. I received one reply to my emails to tech support, then silence after I forwarded them a sample recording of static. They ignored my repeated requests for a refund. DO NOT BUY!

The installation process trashed the system ogg.dll file, essential to most or all audio software.
Summary
To replace ogg.dll I had to go find a source on the Web, download and install it, so his program cost me valuable time (=$), and if I were less experienced with computers I wouldn't know I could do that and would probably have to pay somebody to find out what the problem was.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 28, 2008<p/>BE SURE TO READ THIS UPDATE: Apologies to EasyVOIPRecorder. The problem I had was apparently due to downloading a corrupted installation file from a site other than publisher. I downloaded a new copy from publisher's site and it not only works fine, but it's the ONLY program that will record incoming voice using Skype on my computers--i tried about six of them, including Pamela and some other well-known ones. It looks like I am not allowed to change my rating on my review (unless when I submit this a means appears) but I would now give it five stars if I could, since it is the ONLY program that works right with Skype on my computers running XP.
