PPOS Service Solution is a Multi-Company, Multi-User invoicing program that enables you to create professional quotations (estimates) and invoices for your clients. Easily convert a quotation (estimate) into a cash or account invoice. Use Bookmarks to return to and edit an invoice at a later stage. Keep track of the clients that owe's you money. E-mail quotations (estimates), invoices and client statements straight out of PPOS. Manage your business with many useful reports. PPOS will run on any PC, Laptop or Tablet that has Microsoft Windows on it. You are not limited to the amount of companies, clients and items that you create. Each company has its own profile, document layout and starting numbers.

Please note that PPOS will remind you of an annual licence fee of $24 about 5 days before it expires.

Basic software features are: Multi-Company (unlimited); Multi-User (20 by default); Clients (unlimited, Regular and Walk-Ins); Items (unlimited, Products and Services); Cash Invoices & Refunds; Account Invoices, Returns, Receipts, Statements & Journals; Quotations (Estimates); Proforma Invoices (can be renamed to serve as Sales Orders); Inter-branch Transfers & returns; Export transactions from quotation to Cash or Account Invoice; Bookmark (suspend) transactions; Many useful reports (some are interactive).

Basic hardware feature are: Runs on any PC, Laptop or Tablet that has Windows(c) XP, 7, 8 or 10; Works with most Bar-code scanners and Cash Drawers; Supports 2 document sizes: Slip and A4; Will run on workstations on your network - no installation on your workstations required. Just install .Net 4 on the workstation and create a shortcut from the sheared folder from the 'Server'. Don't own a PC? That's fine! Just install PPOS on a flash drive, set the 'Portable' setting, and use PPOS on any PC that has .NET 4 installed.
