At the end of the last quarter all you have to do is enter (or import) the Gross Salaries, print out the figures and file to the IRD. FBT Calculator provides Employee and Vehicle maintenance, FBT source detail entry and subsequent Multi-rate calculations. This powerful system is driven by the category detail information that you enter into the appropriate quarter. From this entry the Multi-rate tables are updated in real-time to ensure that at the end of the year all you need to do is enter (or import) the gross salaries, print the IR420 (Quarterly return copy) and IR 417 (Multi-rate calculation sheet) and deal with the IRD. The Quarterly Details report also shows you areas where you may claim exemptions and how to meet Attribution rules. It also caters for budgets so you can measure your variance per category in any given quarter. Password to the demo account is the same as login.
