Pros
The software is not bad. Seems to be rather robust and stable. Pricing is pretty much in line with the industry. Ability to sync or backup or both is beneficial for many clients. Multiple options for storage site as well.
Cons
The documentation appears deliberately vague. Do not expect clear detailed instructions. No phone support. They don't answer the email. Online chat sends you the same vague articles. Then they offer to set it up for you- for a high fee of course.
Summary
If you are pretty good at figuring out these kinds of things and have extra time to do so, this is an okay choice. I don't have time to waste nor the money to pay them $300 to set up a server software far less complicated than most I work with every day. Of course, they already have a chunk of my money for the software so I have to waste the time to figure out what most companies tell you in their setup pdf's.

Of course it's free. It does sinchronize and transfer files and it works as adversed
Cons
Now-a-days with every home having a home network it is unheard of to not support mapped folders. This application does not support mapped folders. In addtion to not supporting mapped drives empty folders are bypassed. So... if have a your files on a mapped location and want to sinchronize to another phisical location this program is not for you.

Pros
- You don't need to care about what it is doing in the background - Easy to use, meaningful wizards - No errors, no missing files - It doesn't burden the computer too much
Cons
- The synchronized status procent counts are not clean, but who cares - I didn't find a way to configure the rhythmus of the synchronization or to synchronize manually if you want so - It doesn't have a menu
