Allow fast switching between all power schemes.
A small application which resides in tray icon of Windows, which allows fast switching between ALL power schemes (Windows 7 shows only last 2 schemes, for example Balanced, Power Saving). To change current scheme, click on tray icon and select scheme you want to use. Pow4 shows current scheme as "balloon" tooltip message.
