This alert is also specially optimized to have little to no battery drain.Posture Reminder is the first posture app to implement elements of Googles slick, new Material Design UI. The app is programmed to be easily navigated and follow an aesthetic color scheme. To use the app, just press on the Settings gear button and configure the notification options you desire. Once you set your alarm, simply exit the app. Thats it! Note, the app does not send a reminder at the exact interval, rather it sends them at minor deviations from the chosen time (a few seconds off the actual interval) as suggested by Googles guidelines to maintain efficiency and save battery life.I discovered that the best way to improve posture is with constant reinforcement.
