• It crashed! It sucks and NO SUPPORT FROM FU IN HAWAII!

  Uh....it didn't explode and no one was killed.

  No support Bought it, couldn't register and use it because the keycode was not sent. Crashed and no response from Mr. Fu.s

  a bit buggy, problems with invoice and other templates truncating addresses.

  Summary

  This is a product that could be very useful for my business since it is easy to use and allows building of stocks without purchase orders (which do not apply to my business). However there are a few problems that need ironing out. The promised support - a year with licence - has however not been provided despite repeated emails.

  None. You'll lose your $ and need to buy another POS.

  Cons

  Why did I post this? The developer, Philip Fu, admits there are bugs, but he won't refund my money as per his "refund policy". I had to delete the software and use a different POS because of the bugs - that he admits are in the software.

  DON'T GET RIPPED OFF! DON'T BUY THIS SOFTWARE!<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 4, 2009<p/>UPDATE: The developer did give me a refund. This software is meant for the most basic POS uses. We had a very small retail shop selling snacks and drinks. It handled our needs quite well. My main issue is security. If there's only one person using the system, you should be fine.
