It's a collection of portable programs, including the integrated PortableApps Menu and the PortableApps Backup utility along with a set of custom icons, an autoplay configuration, folders and a quick start shortcut. Just drop it on your portable device and you're ready to go.

PortableApps Platform supports theme switching, app uninstallation, higher DPI count, multiple monitors, app hiding and unhiding, and has a new Options menu.

Pros
Everything about it :D Its convenient, DEFINITELY NO VIRUS for all those app haters out there and it really is portable. It even has its own Application that makes other applications more portable :D.
Cons
I guess I don't like the idea I can't scroll through the menu but its alright really. :D
Summary
Extremely useful and handy. Safe to use. Recommended when your a on-the-go type of person.
