With a process as simple as its name, this software smoothly creates PDF documents from files in a variety of other formats. It supports a wide variety of formats, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PostScript, HTML, images, and others. Users simply select which original file they want to convert, specify a target folder and desired output quality, and set the program in motion. The program offers no other configuration options, and the program contains no extra frills, lacking even a PDF viewer that would allow the file to be displayed after the conversion. A few quirks also confused us. The download file is extremely large for such a simple program. It comes with extensive instructions, although they sometimes slip out of English. Despite these quirks, we were pleased with the program's basic performance, and would recommend it to computer users who need to create PDF files from their work.

I downloaded the free trial and then made the wrong decision to purchase the full version as I had planned to convert word documents to PDF files for a website. Within just a couple of hours, the customer scrapped the website idea. I email this company on Wednesday the 4th of January explaining very politely the situation and asked for a refund. They never responded. They must have forgotten that it is illegal not to issue a refund unless they have readily accessible no refund policy which they don't.

It allows you the flexibility of choosing output folder as well as whether to have multiple vs. a single PDF file, which is a time saver if you're trying to get a bunch of Word files into a single doc. Doesn't convert text to graphics like others do.
Cons
It can't handle Office 2007's .DOCX files. Seriously. It doesn't recognize the extension.

Not recognizing Office 2007 files when this is 2011... Um, it's been out for 4 years... This is why I'm not going to buy the product. I didn't even bother trying to convert XLS or other formats, and I do use a lot of less common Adobe file formats. Bottom line: if it's already 4 years behind, Office 2010 is out now and this thing is only Office 2003 compliant... well, seems to me it's not worth the money.

The product does not work. When I used it to convert Word file to PDF it returned an error. and kept throwing the same error.

Converts fast - works great - was very impressed with software - however........

Horrible support - no responses to several email.I purchased product - when I click on icon, it displays message in french telling me to reenter id and key registration. I do and it still does not work!!!!!!!!!! Very upset over this lack of support!!!!!!!! I do not recommend this software based on this. A waste of money!!!!!!!!!

It looked like it was working hard... until it didn't. (I could see it making measurements for preserving the layout.)
Cons
Interfered with my printer, had to reinstall my printer a few times. Never got to converting my Word document due to numerous errors (once in the converter, then in Word, and then bookending with another error with the converter). I wish it could get the job done; I'm sure the result would be nice.
