Great for simple office IMing... excellent customer service

Pros
Really really like it for our office!!! Had problems with all the other IM systems we've tried but this one has worked perfectly, and when we did have problems (because of us, not the program) Tony has always returned my e-mails immediately when I had a question about the program. The program is easy to use and well worth the money.

Pros
That it's easy to install and pretty user friendly.
Cons
It crashes quite regularly on our computers, a restart of the program usually fixes it. The Popme IM screen is discombobulated when we use our office TV screen for training as a monitor.
