Use this project organizer to quickly find the answers on status and project information. Confirm project information before providing an update. Store lists of contacts by engagement team to verify before sending updates. Anticipate the common questions you will be asked as a project manager and have the answers on your mobile phone when asked. Email a single project status report, an entire project, or all your projects to a colleague or yourself to update their dashboard or move information between your devices. As a project manager or the member of a project team, PMIS allows you to create status reports to communicate key metrics to management, stakeholders, clients, team members, and others. The ability to create custom reports allows you to change the standard reports included or build your own reports from scratch. PMIS is a convenient place to organize facts about your multiple projects such as current risks, issues, mitigation strategies, decisions, meeting minutes, contacts, procedures, next steps, change requests, resource plans, forecasts, actual hours, communication plans, meeting schedules, holidays, vacation plans, etc. When your edits are finished hit the compose button to send the status report by email as an HTML attachment readable in any browser or smart phone. Capture your updates as you move from location to location or around the office on the convenience of your phone or tablet. Email them to your computer to quickly cut and paste them into Word, Powerpoint, MSP, project Libre, or VersionOne.
