- Adds the ability to toggle an application so its window is "always on top" that ideally should be available for every program, but only is part of a few (Task Manager comes to mind). So useful I added it to my boot sequence!

- A little tricky to add to the boot sequence - CodeStuff's "Starter" helps. Apps that you toggle on are (unfortunately) "over" even the task bar.
