Plan First is an intuitive and easy-to-use project management software that makes it easier to maintain and track you projects. Plan First also provides a built-in document management system that allows the management of project-level and contact-level document repositories with versioning, checkout and vaulting capabilities. A smart, in-built contact management system allows enterprise level usage of contacts. An in-built master data management software enables the users to configure all data options in the system. Every screen and field in the system can be modified with an additional addin (Extend+ or Configure+). Tasks, Risks, Issues, Expenses, Change Requests, Team(Resources), Milestones and Phases are some of the basic functionalities of Plan First. Project and Contact Diaries, Post It Notes, Favorite Contacts, Recent Contacts, Transaction History, Saved Searches, Logs and Usages, Project and Contact Website and Direct Views, Project & Contact Document repositories are some of the utilities that will make the project management a smoother journey. Capturing of Risk Impact, Quantitative Risk Analysis, Change Request Impact and approval processes, Project level holidays is a great help to the project manager.
