Product not good, didn't have a chance to use it.

Pros
Can not comment on the good aspects of this product since I wan not able to use it.
Cons
Keep receiving message: Runtime Error (at - 1:0): Cannot Import dll:C:\Program files (x86)\Pistonsoft Skype Recorder\gmail.dll. Second error message: Skype is not installed! I have two active Skype accounts.
Summary
This is the first product that was downloaded for CNET that I am not able to uninstall from off of my computer. Have sent the company emails, received no response. Also, it hindered me from being able to use my Skype account for placing calls, due to a loud pitch sound heard through my headset. The product cost $24.95 after a 30 day trial. I wasn't able to use it for one day. I just want it off of my computer!
