Use this program to ping a network address. The program is a ClickOnce WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) application, requiring .NET Framework 4.0 or higher. The installation is packed in a .ZIP file. After downloading, use the "Pinger.application" file (just "Pinger", if your system hides file extensions) to install the application.
