  It's been about a week now, still no word <p>on a registration key, no response from <p>the vendor. I don't care HOW great the <p>software is, once a customer commits to <p>spending money, they are entitled to at <p>least MINIMAL customer service. <p> <p>Don't waste your money or your time on <p>this product.

  problem is internet connection drops after about a minute for no reason. software just says internet connection error and stops. have reset everything with same results. off to find something better.

  AVG virus scanner went nuts while I was trying to install. Found Win32/Funlove. First time I have ever found a Virus while downloading from here.

  Hofmannsoft's PICgrabber IS a pay-to-use item. Not free, but it is good to use. Unregistered, the pics are in B&W. However, it is only $29.90, and sounds promising.
