• Our Law Office Runs Smooth With PI-Master -Case Manager

  Pros

  I clearly remember the years when we struggled to manage our law office with a mixture of tools made for the PC but were disconnected to each other. It's not until you use a real product that has been made from the ground up to complete a series of common tasks that you finally realize how much time and money you have been wasting. Our personal injury business was ripe for the proper solution. I firmly believe that PI-Master is the appropriate solution to our small law office. I can now handle more than twice the cases with the same number of employees. We now all know where everything is. This was an annoying but unavoidable daily problem before we got smart. PI-Master was simple to learn and it even taught a few ways to do some things better.

  Cons

  Right now I really haven't found anything to complain about. Maybe down the road I'll give a further update.

  Summary

  Our office is pleased to have finally made it into the 21st century. PI-Master Personal Injury Case Management has blazed a new path for dealing with our small but growing auto accident (and more) legal business.

  Pros

  All of the members of our staff were able to get up to speed with the software within one week. If you know the Personal Injury business, you'll know the software because it simply substitutes paper data entry with computer based data entry. The most useful feature is the time it saves throughout the lifetime of a case. The ability to look-up data so easily is fantastic. When related people call (ie. adjusters/doctors etc.) it's a snap to find the information I need.

  Cons

  Wish it had more litigation features. Is perfect for pre-lit though.

  Summary

  We've tried several systems in our office over the years but none have been so well accepted by our staff as PI-Master. Luckily Jenifer came from another office that used PI-Master and she told us to look into it. If you're looking for a complete and well designed Personal Injury Case Management System, you owe it to yourself to give it a try.
