iPod Touch owners please read below.Have you ever questioned yourself, what kind of metadata is inside you images? If yes - this app is for you. And this app is also kind to you in respect that it shows exactly what you are used to see at your SLR-camera display. Of course, if you want to see more, you can.DISCLAIMER 1: Directly after you start the app for the first time you will be asked if the app is allowed to use your current location. The app DOES NOT use your location at all. The permission is required to access your image library, for the case if you have location information embedded into your images. If you feel this is incorrect please feel free to file a bug to Apple.DISCLAIMER 2: At the moment when you synchronize your iPhoto images over iTunes no metadata will be copied to your iPhone. Furthermore, RAW images copied to iPad using camera connection kit do not contain metadata (and report wrong image resolution). Again, feel free to file a bug to Apple.UPDATE: Aperture is capable to integrate metadata into previews and iTunes (probably since the version 10.1) synchronizes these previews to iPhone/iPad without removing metadata. Uncheck the 'Use embedded JPEG from camera when possible' in Aperture preferences/previews, ensure that 'include metadata' is checked everywhere where appropriate (I'm not sure which setting exactly is responsible for including metadata into previews, I have simply checked it everywhere I could find one) and re-create previews (in File menu hold the option key pressed and you see the option 'Generate Previews'). Then remove any synchronized images from iPhone/iPad (uncheck synchronize photos in iTunes, apply) and then re-synchronize them again. In addition, at least on a Mac, metadata is preserved when synchronizing iPhone with a file system folder containing images, both Jpegs and Raws (one of the Apple-supported types).-> There were some reports that the App doesn't work on the iPod Touch 4G. Since I don't have one I couldn't test it. Please contact me if you have an iPod Touch with integrated photo camera and have bought the App. Thanks!
