Send documents to your printer from scanner.

Photocopier Pro lets you send something from your scanner to your printer, without having to go through intermediate steps. Insert a document into your scanner, start Photocopier and press its Copy button. After a few moments your printer produces a copy of the document. Features include get a preview of the scanned image before printing starts, manipulate (invert, mirror) the scanned image from the preview window, have control over scan resolution, remove superfluous parts of the scanned image with the Auto and Manual crop functions, select the imaging device to use when you have both a scanner and a digital camera installed on your system, specify which printer Photocopier should use, specify separate printers for black and white, grey scale, and color copies, instruct Photocopier to pause before printing starts when you have scanner and printer attached to your system via a switch box, and save the scanned image in a variety of graphic formats (JPEG, GIF, PNG, and TIFF) from Photocopier's preview window.

Pros
Easy set-up and plenty of options available to tweak for individual needs. I scan directly to my LaserJet Printer for copies and to my computer fax program for faxing. I was unable to find another program for these two specific needs that was even remotely close to the quality results of Photocopier Pro 4.04. Free upgrades forever and an amazing low cost for the full version!! I use it daily for working. Outstanding product!!

Pros
This is a great little program. Has all the basics I need in a photocopier program including autocrop. I used this many years and upgraded to the pro version. Can save scan to disk or print it out. For editing, I save and open a photo editing program. The author included free lifetime upgrades, and is very accessible.
Cons
Sometimes autocrop doesn't crop enough, but easy enough to fix with a photo edit.

This is an excellent program that is extremely versatile and easy to use. Faster and with greater control over results than most scan & copy products. Immediate response from publisher when I upgraded from a previous version and needed a new registration code. Highly recommended!

Pros
I purchased a HP4370 flatbed. Their software utility kept freezing up. Kept telling me I had a Comm. error or that the application was busy. After trying some of HP's fixes I resorted to the last "solution", which was to try a third party program. I deleted all of HP's utilities and used only Photocopier Pro. Haven't seen a problem so far.

Very flexible. Works far better than the free software you receive with your scanner. Good support. I received a swift response when I needed a keycode for a new version. You pay once and get free upgrades forever. You can associate your scanner's copy button with Photocopier Pro. You can specify separate printers for b/w and color. The new version 3.xx is quite stunning in design.

I tried the freeware first then bought the <p>Pro version. This product works so well and <p>is very flexible. Mirror image,contrast, <p>sizing, and very easy to use. It is just great. The service is also excellent as I lost my key code and <p>was promptly given the code, my email was <p>answered very quickly

Started to use the freeware version. This Pro version however adds some features that makes it even more valuable to me, for instance I can now quickly change from digital camera to scanner. <p>Worth every penny!

Pros
My use of a photocopier these days is rare, but when I need it, I need it! The latest version of Photocopier Pro is leaps and bounds over early versions. Copies are clean and, for the most part, sharp and clear. When I want copies of my tax forms, for example, it saves me a trip to the office. I've used it to copy music for a band, and CD covers for back-up copies. The interface is easy to use. Options include black & white, gray scale, and color copying. It is everything I need, and quite affordable. The trial period is generous, with unlimited copies... but when it expired, I had no hesitation to register it. I'm very happy with it!
Cons
For the best quality, it's necessary to set the scanner resolution at at least 300 (default is 100 I believe), but changing the setting is quite simple. I do wish small text would copy a bit better, but it's perfectly readable. (That's what happens, though, with digital imaging. Optical imaging will always be better for text. Still, it's much better than I can do with my scanner alone.)
