Pros
I deleted the photos on my camera by mistake. These photos are the memory of my family vacation. This software recovered all photos for me. It's very efficient.
Cons
Easy to use, fast download and very efficient.

I contacted customer support who first said : there must be a problem with the drive you are scanning : 'doh! ITS A CRASHED DRIVE!!!. Then said 'You can stop scan & recover files' - but at CPU usage 100% it was hung so couldn't stop scan or exit !

Pros
It's very easy to use and recovered the photos from my formatted sd card. It saved me a lot.
Cons
Wizard operation and easy to use. You can preview all photos in large view before you buy a license.
