Questionable program.......

Price seems reasonable, but see below
Cons
Tried the free version and it said that it found a large number of my deleted pictures but, I had no idea that it was even working (no progress bar) and it does not show the thumbnail version so we can see what it found (like other programs). I'm not sure what the trial version does or not do until you purchase.
Summary
The website says 24/7 customer support, but my two emails to them have gone unanswered for 3 days now. So I gave it 2.5 stars based on it may be a good program, but their customer support seems to be MIA. I will update my rating if they answer my emails. I have tried other programs and my questions have always been answered in a day, sometimes sooner. So for now I would say try other prorgams first.
Worked great. Saved a bunch of pics if not all.
