• I LOVE PHONOSTAR PLAYER, but.......

  THOUSANDS OF RADIO STATIONS RECORDING MADE EASY INTERACTION WITH SOME STATIONS

  SADLY, PHONOSTAR PLAYER STUFFED UP THE INSTALLATION. WHAT USED TO BE INTEGRATED INTO THE INSTALLATION, HAS NOW TO BE FOUND ON THE NET, BUT THE PAGE IS NEVER AVAILABLE. IT SAYS THAT IT DOES NOT EXIST (OR SIMILAR). I´VE BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS, TO RE-INSTALL THE "P-PLAYER", BUT TO NO AVAIL....BOOHOO!!!!!!!!

  Pros

  Plays MP3, Win Media and RealAudio. Huge easy to navigate radio station database. Can set timer to record future programs.

  Cons

  Installation is all in German. If like me you don't speak German, ignore all the settings stuff. Once installed click Optionen then Sprache Einstellen and select English. <p> <p>Doesn't decode tags so can only save with filename based on Station name, date and time but still worth using for the size of the database and ease of use.
