Store links in a hierarchical order and access them with a simple double-click.

Personal Links will store links of interest to you (files, URLs, and media files) in a hierarchical fashion and allow you to access them with a simple double-click. Links can be moved around using drag-and-drop, added quickly, removed, even exported or imported into/from another copy of Personal Links. The skin can be changed and several skins are provided to support this as well as the ability to import skins available as XAML files.

Version 2.1 features new user interface and better operation overall.

Surprisingly useful

Pros
It gives me a place to keep all my bookmarks, not just links to web pages, but also links to documents and files on my local system. And its organized in a way that lets me keep like items together.
Cons
Not much not to like.
Summary
Ran into this program when I found another that I needed (Find and Replace). At first wasn't sure I'd like it, but used it a little bit and discovered that it really grew on me. Now I use it all the time.
