PDFTables accurately converts PDF tables to XLS, XML or CSV. It uses an algorithm that 'sees' the structure of the PDF. Designed to work reliably with large quantities of data. Most of our customers use PDFTables via the PDFTables.com Cloud service which allows you to convert documents without downloading any software. We have an API too which means you can convert multiple PDFs at one time.

There is also a separate On-Premises Enterprise version available. When we convert a PDF, we use an algorithm which examines the structures in the PDF. It understands the spacing between items to identify the rows and columns, much as your eye does when you scan a page. It is designed to work reliably with large quantities of data.

When you land on our page, you will receive 25 free pages. Then, once you sign up, you will receive 50 more free pages. After this, our pricing packages offer an affordable and competitive rate. Each core can process roughly 3 pages per second. When the cores are not as busy, the pages will be converted "in parallel", which means that the cores can process up to 12 pages per second. The service is securely hosted on Amazon Web Services, in its own Virtual Private Cloud. All transactions are end-to-end encrypted between your browser and the server processing the data with HTTPS, which is the same technology you use to communicate with your bank. Transactions within our data center are also encrypted with the same means. We will delete all data that you have uploaded and not retain any of it after 72 hours.
