1, simple to use; 2, convert many files to PDF (as long as you can print the file, you can convert it to PDF with this program) 3, you should open the file which you want to convert to PDF, (eg, open ePub with ADE/Calibre), then click the "print" button, choose "Epubor Virtual Printer" then

1, if you simply add files to the interface then click "create PDF", it won't work, for how it works refer the #3 in Pros. 2, it didn't tell us hot to correctly use this program on this page.
Summary
Hey dude, I tried this program these days, at first I was even more angry than you. It even can't convert my any file to PDF. Then I go to its official page and view the tutorial. The way it works is to open the file you want to convert, then click "print" and choose "Epubor Virtual Printer", then you file will be converted to PDF. I tried this method and it works really fine. Just wonder why the author didn'd stated how it works clearly on this page.

Summary
Got this because I have 1 epub file that does not display correctly on my mobile reader and wanted to convert it to pdf as my reader also supports that. Tried 20 different epub files thinking maybe the one I was trying to convert was corrupted...but alas this was not the case. Just for grins and giggles, I tried to convert a word doc to pdf and that failed miserably too! Junk it...pass it by...save yourself the waste of time
