100% CPU load on XP, Windows 7 and Vista

None actually.
Cons
Not for XP, Windows 7 and Vista. Support and updates ended in 2004. 100% CPU load on XP. Prehistoric interface. Easy to bypass by any user by killing 'watchdog.exe'. Expensive!
