The sign up procedure is terrible. Keep getting sign ups when it's already been done and then get numerous e-mails to confirm. I would hope that I have the info I need, but your procedures leave a lot of doubt.

Pros
I got this product as it was included in e-Press's new office library ONE Special Edition and I love it. Uncomplicated, powerful and a great price. If your not looking for a whole office suite and only a great anti-virus product - for 19.99 this product can't be beat. I love it that the updates are free for life - I'm sick of having to pay to renew my anti-virus software.
