  Look, I realize these folks need to make money. I am all for paying a fair price for software that does what I need. A full trial period is a great feature, and has let me to more than a few purchases. This however is crippleware. You get a logo in the middle of the video, and only about a minute of time. I would never buy anything that uses dubious sales tactics.

  Please pay attention when I say this. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!! I was interested in buying the software. I DL'ed it and gave it a whirl then I did actually decide to purchase, I entered all my credit card info and the website refused to finish my purchase due to incorrect information entered. This was the same response after multiple trys. The website takes you to a contact page when it fails to process your order. I filled out the form explaining the issue with the failed purchase. I moved on and bought Nero Platinum. Everything is fine right? Nope. I get an email the next day that says "Sorry for your troubles, we have billed your credit card here is your download link". I reply with and inform them that I purchased Nero and I requested a refund. I have had 7 emails going back and forth with their customer service rep trying to bargain with me about keeping both Nero and Pavtube. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. -Ron
