  Every one can use a calculator but most are stuck with a one line machine. I like this paper tape because it by far the most user friendly

  Pros

  I'm probably a huge nerd for admitting this, but this is one of the first applications I reinstall after I reformat. It's way better than any software calculator I've tried.

  Pros

  Small executable and does exactly what it claims. Has a decent but not entirely complete set of functions on it's keypad.

  Cons

  For beginners with Windows, installation is a manual affair, but, those users probably don't want this calculator anyway.

  Pros

  Easy to download and use. Informative manual with lots of instructions. Nice scientific calculator. The "paper roll" conveniently shows up to the left and a .txt file is saved with the information. (Would have been helpful when I was running a business to save on calculator roll paper!) The kids will love this for their homework (especially when they can't find their calculators!). I would definitely recommend it - and I'll probably forward the link on to my geometry-teaching sister!

  Comprehensive functions and tape (with save)is a useful tool

  Lack of keypad input is a serious flaw. <p>Not able to resize help screen or use calculator with help displayed to try out advice - minor annoyance. <p>Changing between functions with arrow keys very awkward to use. Add some more buttons, possibly allowing user to switch sets of functions!

• A Couple of Flaws

  Pros

  Great idea as an enhancement to the basic Windows calculator. Allows you to even save the virtual "tape" and reload later. Very good for adding lots of numbers.

  Cons

  It is missing keyboard support... so you cannot enter numbers via keyboard. Just using the mouse which is slower to input tons of numbers. Also it crashed the first time on me when I typed "78+2=". Some VBasic Exception. I think it does have some potential once the bugs are worked out.
