• crap on the mac

  Pros

  It tracks usb printers

  Cons

It duplicates every printer twice on the server's printer list. There tech support gives you the run around either that or they are not very knowledgable.

  Summary

The only reason this company doing well is thus far it's the only software that supports Epson usb printers for tracking.

  Pros

What I love about this program is that it is very small yet gets the job done perfectly. I am now able to see what user prints and how much they print as well as the time. This program is a must if you need to monitor printer usage.

  Cons

There is nothing bad about this program.
