Cons
Program is flawed and technical assistance ignores your requests.
Summary
Very disappointed with this software. I have problems that I have requested technical assistance for, complete with detailed explanations and screen shots, on several occasions and they have gone ignored. I have asked for a refund and that has also been ignored. I would not recommend this software to anyone. Try RingCentral instead.
