• Universal Outlook migration utility

  Pros

  With Outlook Import Wizard I was able to move emails from my mail client (Live Mail) to Outlook 2016. More than 30K emails and contacts were imported to PST file in nearly 10 minutes. Then I copied this PST to my new computer and now is all set.

  Cons

  Everything is awesome! No cons at all...

  Summary

  Outlook Import Wizard was installed in few seconds, the multi-page email conversion wizard guided me what to do next to convert my emails. I noticed that there is a lot of filters and options which may be useful for someone else. Clear and user friendly interface, easy to use tool and amazing result!

  Summary

  I downloaded this software because I bought a new business and I wanted to mesh our email systems together to preserve the information. We needed something that we could use very quickly and efficiently and this did the trick!

  Pros

  This is one of the few eml to Outlook x64 versions out there.

  Cons

  20 emails only for trial interface is not the most user friendly and unintuitive price of $26 is rather expensive

  Summary

  If you MUST import eml files to Outlook or from Windows Mail, I suppose you have no choice but I will just use Mozilla's Thunderbird to import .eml and use that instead. I do not like how Cnet tricks you and doesn't disclose in the beginning that these downloads are not free or very limited.

• Never Knew That I Could Do This!

  Pros

  I have a small business online with about 4-5 employees and we knew that we needed to change our email client eventually. I really didn't want to do it because I thought it was impossible because we would lose everything in the process. It turns out that I was wrong because I was able to find this tool, import all of my data, and preserve everything.

  Cons

  I don't have any complaints.

  Summary

  Definitely download this software if you need to import anything into Outlook. Don't even contemplate losing all of your data and just go ahead and download this software.

  Pros

  The software was easy to setup, use and worked as expected.

  Cons

  I was a bit confused when I downloaded the file from CNET and turned to be a trial but decided to buy it afterwards since the trial was so effective. CNET should be a little bit more clear about exactly what we are downloading.

  Summary

  It's a great way to convert different file types to outlook with little fuss. It was quite effective especially compared to similar software. Most of them only converted the file types only partially and was unreadable by Outlook while others could convert EML to Outlook but not MSG to Outlook or the other way around. Not only does this software convert all the types I need to be converted completely but quickly as well. So, kudos to you!

  Pros

  We have a lot of computers and my work was to transfer emails from other emails client software such as IncrediMail, Outlook Express, Live Mail and even Mac Mail to Microsoft Outlook. i.e. compile PST file for each user and connect these PST files to Outlook. That was horrible nightmare and this tool only helped me to accomplish my task in several days (576 computers!). I tried other software also, no one is working so fast, accurate and no one is supporting 64-bit Outlook edition. This one supports and do the job!

  Cons

  No cons at all, Outlook Import Wizard software is perfect!

  Summary

  If you need to migrate from one or multiple email clients to Microsoft Outlook it is exactly what you need.

  Pros

  I used the Import Wizard o move my Live Mail emails (.eml files) to Outlook 2010. It is only one tool that can work with 64-bit Outlook edition. My emails were moved to Outlook without any issues. Good tool and now offered with 30% discount. So I pretty much happy with that tool.

  Cons

  No, no, no. There is no cons at all. Superb utility.

  Summary

  I moved all my Live Mail emails to Outlook but it is not only that can be done with this software. So I will keep this efficient software for further needs. Thanks to developers of Outlook Import Wizard and big thanks to CNET that I finally find this great piece of software!

  I had no problems at all installing, running, importing. It did exactly what it claims.

  Cons

  No cons. It works great.

  Summary

  I needed to convert mail from Chaos Intellect to Gmail and the only way was to first import to Outlook (using this software) and then export to Gmail. The Outlook Import Wizard worked perfectly! I'm so glad I found it.

  I can't say enough to convey my spectacular experience. I am blown away and don't usually write reviews. Pros: Customer Service-- Thank you Katie, you saved my business!

  Cons

  Not a single bad thing to say about Outlook Import. The bad review is for the "other company" I tried the other software company that converts incredimail folders to outlook (PV***) and when I received no support and finally was able to contact someone they were inattentive and I could tell they were servicing too many other people to help me. When I finally got their attention, I was told that the product I bought wouldn't do the job. (This after spending 14 hours trying to figure it out) I would have upgraded to the proper version but because they were so unwilling to help me I said I wanted my money back and they dropped me from the support chat.

  Summary

  When was the last time you were "blown away" by customer service and personal attention to excellence? I don't remember ever being so impressed. I had some trouble understanding how this kind of software worked and was so upset having lost my money and wasted so much time on the other site that I decided to write to Outlook Import first to see if they would help me before I spent more money. I got an immediate response and was directed to the "chat" support on their website. "Katie" immediately understood what I was trying to do and lead me through the process, mostly doing the work herself, which took way more knowledge and technical skill than I would have ever been able to muster. She checked and rechecked and spent hours making sure that all my folders and attachments from my business folders from the last 15 years were converted intact to eml. I felt completely taken care of. After hours of downloading I had to go to bed so she contacted me in the morning to make sure we converted everything in the proper folders and just put some final touches on my Outlook. Seriously, BLOWN AWAY! AND THEN!!!!! She went to the other company and demanded they give me my money back!

  CNET should update the price of software at their description. No any other cons.

  Summary

  It's so nice to find a program that does what the developer says it will do, and does it reasonably easily with little fuss and bother. It's well worth what I paid for it.
