Outlook Email Archive X can archive your emails in six different ways with further sub-options. One of the features of OEAX is to archive emails as native Outlook file format. The files with .eml extensions give you the possibility to restore one email or group of emails simply drop them back to Outlook at any time. This feature will let you restore the archived email even with future versions of Office. Archived emails and attachments are automatically indexed by OS X. You can search inside thousands of files instantly using the power of Apple Spotlight technology or using SpotInside. A free FileMaker Pro template is included in the OEAX package. This template can manage both of your text and attachments emails in a custom database. With the template we provide together with OEAX you can handle the emails and reveal the attachments with a simple click.

OEAX - Don't email without it!

Pros
Easy to use. Clean interface. Looks, feels and works just like EEAX. Backs up your email with our without attachments. Allows you to also backup spam, deleted and sent items, etc.
Cons
A bit difficult to use the first time without reading the manual - but not impossible.
Summary
I've used EEAX since 2004 and wouldn't email without it. I've actually had to go back through my EEAX backups numerous times to find software receipts or misplaced emails or email addresses. If you use the previous generation of Microsoft Office with Entourage, EEAX is a must have. I now use the current MS Office with Outlook for email, and have upgraded to OEAX. Same great interface. Works just like EEAX. Backs up your entire mail box, including attachments. OAEX will even backup your deleted, sent and spam - your option (but why?). Another must have email utility, and a bargain at twice the price.
