Pros
I have a lot of myspace, facebook, and aim friends. This helped me with remembering all of there screen names and hwo some of these people are! I really like the birthday reminder as well.

Pros
Normally I try to chat with my friends from school, work, and home at least once in a while. It's easy to forget who uses which service and what 9 digit number got added to the back of ther user name. With this not only can I keep them organized but I can cross reference even the new people I meet online with the pics they send me (even if they may not be real, LOL)heck it even reminds me when their birthday is comming up.
Cons
Not enough skins to start with, but there are some nice ones with a promise of more on the way.
