OptiCut is a highly-tuned package for optimizing and outputting HPGL Cut Files such as those created by Corel Draw directly to a Sign Cutter such as the Roland CAMM-1. Equipped with a 3rd generation Advanced Linear Optimizer engine, utilizing a combination of Lossless and Lossy reordering and compacting techniques to reduce jump distances to the minimum and eliminate command inefficiencies. Demonstrates a significant and immediate performance increase and output. Both File Size and Cut Time savings of up to 50% should be expected! Operating this tool is as simple as specifiying the Cut File and the Cutter Port. No more silly and expensive hardware keys and bulky interfaces. A streamlined and simple command shell which also allows rerouting the optimized results to a Cut File for future cutting. All default options have been defined to make the most of your machine, but can be easily overridden to suit specific requirements. Once it is set the way you like it, cutting a job is as simple as clicking an icon on the desktop.
