  It's not. I repeat NOT a graphics program. They're a set of components/extensions for develeopers. There shouldnt(necessarily) be .exe's (although in this case it appears there are) included. You should look at what section you're in before you start complaining about a program missing files or not working properly. These comp.s work just fine. :) Cheers!

  This download is worthless. it's 3.5 mbs of nothing. There are no *.exe files in it.
