Just few lines of code will allow you to get your own working program. Dialogs use HBITMAP handle as input and output and even novice developer can learn how to work with it. It's not. I repeat NOT a graphics program. They're a set of components/extensions for develeopers. There shouldnt(necessarily) be .exe's (although in this case it appears there are) included. You should look at what section you're in before you start complaining about a program missing files or not working properly. These comp.s work just fine. :) Cheers!
