Cons
Imports html code blocks as ordinary text. No difference between copy-paste from browser and import using this program. Doesn't export content of folded outlines. So you have to open all folded outlines before export.

It does what it is supposed to do (Outlook Notes to OneNote notes). It is fairly quick. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

Microsoft has offered OneNote as part of Office since I believe Office 2003. OneNote is kind of like Outlook Notes on steroids. I describe OneNote like a cross between Pinterest, ScreenGrabber, a three-ring binder, and Outlook Note in one package. While OneNote does integrate with certain folders of Outlook, one cannot easily import Outlook Notes into OneNote very easily (c'mon Microsoft, what's up with that?). So along comes OneNote Batch. It does what it says it will do, but for every note, it creates a new tab in the notebook you specify. I've got 206 Notes in Outlook... I *don't* want 206 tabs in OneNote. I've rectified it now so that it is organized into about five tabs, but I wish OneNote Batch would have allowed me to do that from the beginning, say put all notes with the category of "Book" in a Book tab, or alphabetize by subject line (A-F notes, G-L notes, M-P notes, etc.). Having no way to group the Outlook notes makes for a messy OneNote notebook in my opinion. Other than that, it works as it should.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Mar 19, 2014<p/>On my review above, I have created an error in terms. I use "tabs" meaning pages. I wish there was an easier way of putting multiple Outlook notes on one PAGE (not tab). It is already imported to the correct tab.

Process OneNote objects in batch on PC.

OneNote Batch will batch process OneNote objects in pages of all notebooks or selected sections. It scans local links in selected OneNote notebooks, and pack the files with the links. With the package, we can restore the files to another computer like original path. Unpack the file create by "Pack Local Link Docs" feature, restore the files to the path like original, import selected images into OneNote. This feature will create a page for an image, and according the List, OneNote Batch will create a page with a title.
