One Week of Eternity is a short, non-branching visual novel narrated by the main protagonist, Alyssa Cruz, an 11-year old girl who is suddenly diagnosed with a terminal illness and given one week to live. This visual novel is seen through the eyes of Alyssa and details her internal and external struggles in coping with the disease. This visual novel offers a positive outlook on dealing with the reality of death; seen through the eyes of a child on the verge of taking her first steps into adulthood.
