  Pros

  Converts all formats I need. Pretty fast considering I convert pretty large files. Like that you can make your own custom presets.

  Cons

  The only con is people that don't know how to use it. They try to make it user friendly but if you don't know what your doing do some homework on video formats first. The trial doesn't work as well as the paid version so anyone looking for a free ride look somewhere else. If you want to remove DRM from protected files (which you shouldn't need to) use Audials.

  Summary

  Overall it gets the job done. Not spectacular but not horrible. It does the job.

  Pros

  I have no pros to this software. It did not convert my file as promised.

  Cons

  Program does not convert iTune DRM protected files. Company does not advise of this until you ask for support. Then they refuse to provide a refund saying the software functions as described. All advertising of this software indicates this software "WILL" convert iTunes. If it cannot convert a DRM protected file, it DOES NOT function as described.

  Summary

  DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE. Company has a "NO RETURN" policy

  Summary

  Installed a little over a year ago. Just ran MalwareBytes and it identified one of the files (convert.exe) in the program's directory (C:\Program Files\OJOsoft\OJOsoft Total Video Converter) as malicious software. Don't know that it is, but that's what MalwareBytes thinks.

  1. Did not convert the mts video 2. Company will not refund money even though they say they will 3. Company just sends same email even when issue is described...the product did not work at all but they say they do not have to refund money

  Summary

  I needed to convert a mts video so I tried the 20 % conversion and the audio was converted...I thought if I bought it the entire video would convert...wrong. The video never did convert and an error kept stopping the process. I emailed them within hours of buying it and explained the issue and asked for a refund...they will not give me a refund and keep replying that I need to identify the issue so they can fix it. They will not give a number to talk to a person. I explained the issue and that I uninstalled it still not refund. This company of a scam....DO NOT BUY!!!!!

  Appeared to have a very user-friendly interface.

  Wouldn't work and the company refuses to honor their so-called "money-back" guarantee.

  I had only one file that I needed to convert and, after reading the literature, on this software it appeared to be up to the task. Unfortunately, it did not work and I contacted the company and asked for a refund as they advertised a money back guarantee. They refuse to honor their guarantee and issue a refund. These guys are a binch of theives. Do NOT do business with them!

  There is no 'pro' to this product. The company are a bunch of thieves.

  The product did not work. I tried converting a H264 file that once it went thru its process I got a prompt that said 'Direct source: Could not open the video or audio.' This product does not work. This company is a ripoff.

  The product did not work. I tried converting a H264 file to a .wmv file however once it went thru its process I got a prompt that said 'Direct source: Could not open the video or audio.' This company is a ripoff.The product was sold as easy to use, but instead it just doesn't work at all. I contacted the company via email because they don't have a phone number. I don't think they are located in the USA and was told to run a debug tool and send them the results and I did that but never got any help or my money back from these thieves. Do not believe anything this company tells you, they are liars and thieves. Doesn't make sense to me that you would have to run a dianostic tool on a new product. If you bought a new car and it didn't start would you expect to have to take it to a mechanic and give the results back to the new car manufacturer so they could see how to fix your new car. That is what this company told me to do. This product does not work....stay away from them. Thieves, liars and not customer friendly.

  Supports several video formats. Easy interface.

  Cons

  Other video converters supports more formats. This software is not fast. And I don't know how to convert multiple files at once.
