It can also file electronic/scanned documents such as; tenancy agreements, agency agreements, deed of conveyance, certificate of occupancy, governor's consent, receipts etc for easy reference and retrieval. Oga LandLord computes your property yield, breakeven period, occupancy rate etc while also providing notification on tenants whose rents are about expiring or already expired, vacant apartments, outstanding maintenance jobs.
