Notes Reader is a program designed to read your notes. You can also use it as "Quote" reader. In general, it reads a text file line-by-line. Features include can be added to windows startup to start it automatically with windows and display your notes, supports command-line thereby providing you possibilities of opening different note files by simply creating shortcuts, and supports a variety of customizations.
