Bugs everywhere

- Every time I use it I experience another bug. After submitting the bug, support seems not to be interested in fixing it. I complained about it at their forum and they banned me. I went with another software. You get what you pay for. True.

Adds active content to eBay listings within their logo

- They banned me from Live help because I used the word Ransom when they added their horrible logo to all of my eBay listings & asked for more money to remove it.. Basically they talked me into a money trap & dropped me like a stone when I complained about their dodgy policy which allows them to mess up your eBay listings with active content that eBay are about to ban. Paid for a 3 month subscription & I've never used it. After 2 weeks messing about they they refused to refund & I still have their logo on all my listings that says powered by Wonderlister (but I list with eBay selling manager) so they are basically false advertising as I have never used the software because I live in UK & they refuse to communicate on Live Help because I offended some nameless guy by using the word Ransom. It obviously touched a nerve. A feeble excuse from a spineless company that doesn't even give a name when communicating. Also the help pages are out of date & their condescending emails are smug.

- Utterly useless. Best avoided unless you know the software. If you are not US based you'll need to phone them as their live help is great until they have your money. Then you find out all the pitfalls & get spoken to like you are an idiot. Holier than thou attitude is their speciality.
The Most Unintuitive/Inefficient Listing Tool

- Horrible layout for making listings Shipping list portion is so ridiculously inefficient/unintuitive. You have to sift through hundreds if not thousands of shipping selection options because they hybrid it with the how many days before you ship an item option. Now to create even more variables they hybrid international and domestic shipping on top of that. You have to select domestic and international shipping as a packaged deal. I won't get into it, but you end up having hundreds to thousands of shipping variables. Buggy - stuff you enter disappears into thin air and you have to enter it again. There is a save button at the top, but that's what triggers the disappear many times. You have to program in the UPC code option - the first time you do this it will take at least an hour of your time even after hunting down the instructions on how to do it... and you have just one more lovely tab to navigate through. So why am I using this again?... good question.

- The Most Unintuitive/Inefficient Listing Tool beyond comprehension. It's not only the most unintuitive listing tool I have used, but it's the single most unintuitive thing I have ever used on a computer.... literally. If someone was willing to pay you several million dollars to come up with the most unintuitive design imaginable, you would not even come close to this mess of a listing tool. It has to be intentional. There is no way that the positive reviews are from customers and when you read them you can tell that they are staged reviews. Horrible layout for making listings - I guess they thought if they made everything microscopic they could fit more stuff on a page, but the kicker is it's microscopic and you have to bounce around 3 pages/tabs while hoping over an Amazon Tab smack in the middle. Then when you're ready to upload your listing you come out onto some other realm of a page, which is where you upload your listings onto Ebay/Amazon. I forget what word they use, but when you right click to upload it, a list of approx 25 items appear it's somewhere around the middle of that list. This is insignificant, but the point being is just how unintuitive everything is. There is nothing logical or common sense based on any aspect of the design, you literally have to learn everything. The layout is so bad you will forget filling out something everytime... until you memorize the layout. Once you think you have everything filled out, you need to fill in the upc code to list

- Overall, I've been using Wonder Lister for about 3+ months now and have around 100,000 listing to manage. Have tried several products after eBay announced that Blackthorne will no longer be supported. Having tried a couple of products, fellow eBay Blackthorne users suggested using Wonder Lister. At this point, I have 100% transitioned to Wonder Lister and really love it. In particular, would like to mention the following: (a) Great support (b) Extremely fast (c) Lot of useful features but still very simple to use (d) Extremely reasonably priced, with my volumes, other products I tried were either way too expensive or just could not scale with my volumes
